UNITY OPENS VICTORY IN JAGDISH GANDHI MEMORIAL FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT


Unity College participated in the Second Jagdish Gandhi Memorial Football Tournament and began their campaign on November 10, 2025, with an impressive victory against CMS Rajendra Nagar, defeating them 3–0. The team displayed remarkable coordination and sportsmanship. Amaan Agha (XII-B) netted two goals, while Mohammad Mehdi (X-C) added one, securing a confident start for the College. The team further strengthened its position with another commanding 3–0 victory against CMS Rajajipuram on the following day. The goals were skilfully scored by Ali Jafar (XII-B), Qaim Abbas (XII-A), and ArhamHaider (XII-B), showcasing the team’s consistent form and attacking prowess.

Principal Mr Deepak Mervyn Mathews and Vice Principal Mr Sachindra Bharti congratulated the team on their splendid performance and encouraged them to maintain their winning spirit throughout the tournament.
